Craig Cavotta new Head Coach of Columbia Football, East Greenbush, NY
Mr. Craig Cavotta is starting his first season as Head Coach of Columbia Football. Coach Cavotta attended Mechanicville High School where he played football for 4 years. After high school, he attended Oswego State University where he received his bachelors degree is Earth Science in 2002. He received his Master’s degree in Special Education from Syracuse University in 2004.
Coach Cavotta began teaching in the East Greenbush School district in 2004. Currently, He teaches special education at Columbia High School. Coach Cavotta has been coaching in the district for 8 years. He has been fortunate enough to coach at all levels including; Head Modified Coach, Head JV Coach and Assistant Coach on the Varsity team.
Coach Cavotta would like to give a special thanks to all of the coaches for their contributions and support; he is looking forward to working with them to achieve success for the Columbia High School Football Program. Go Blue devils!
