The weight room will be closed on Friday July 30 and Friday August 6. Next week, ALL GRADE LEVELS should lift together on Thursday for “Day #2.”

Also, for each of the next two Wednesday sessions, players will need both sneakers and cleats!
As we officially start our Summer Strength & Conditioning program on Tuesday 7/6, here is the schedule that has finally been confirmed:
Grades 11 & 12: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 6pm – 8pm
Grades 7-10: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 6pm – 8pm.
If you have a LEGIT reason as to why you can not commit to these three (3) nightly workouts each week, the weight room is open Monday and Thursday ONLY from 6am – 7:15am.
We have only six (6) weeks until the start of double sessions for the HS levels that start of August 16 (Monday). Building on the success of CapitaLand Camp is imperative. YOU must continue to improve as a player – WE must continue to improve as a program – this is directly under YOUR control. Also, Modified practice starts on September 1.

Wednesday 8/5: Health History Review
CHS Health Office (9:30am to 12:30pm). Please remember that the Health Office must clear you or you won’t be allowed on the practice field or game field this season. If you cannot make this day, please call the Health Office to schedule another time: 207-2070.
Monday 8/10 – Wednesday 8/12: Weight Room Testing EVENING HOURS ONLY
Sunday 8/16: Organizational Meeting for all HS Players&Parents 6:30pm YMCA Pavilion
Monday 8/17: Equipment Distribution 12:30pm – 1:30pm
*This time is meant for players who did not attend football camps during the summer.
Monday 8/17: Team Meeting 2:30pm CHS Cafeteria (tentative)
Monday 8/17: 3:30-5:30pm 1st practice of the 2009 Season
6:30-8:30pm 2nd practice of the 2009 Season
