Speed Kills. If you’re looking to increase your speed and overall athleticism train at Top Form’s performance center. Thomas Arcidiacono, will be designing football specific training routines for top form trainers to use this upcoming winter and spring. Thomas, a Columbia Football Alumni and Grad, is a former college football all-American and previously trained at Top Form.
While Training at Top Form during his own NFL workouts, Thomas reduced his forty from a 4.5 to a 4.3 and increased his vertical from a 31 to a 35. If you are interested in being trained by these same methods please email Thomas at pressttgoal@gmail.com. Please include your name, sport, position, and interested starting date.
For best results these routines should be consistently executed 2x a week. Routines are NOT limited to football players. Thomas has designed routines for baseball, basketball, lacrosse, soccer players and wrestlers. Routines are designed to translate directly to your sport and position.
Top Form is offering the Columbia Football program a great opportunity to train at their Schodack facility – ( 8 sessions for $115 that is a saving of $35) or 2x a week. This program will go great with the BFS (Bigger – Faster – Stronger) program that was implemented this past spring.

The Annual Columbia Football banquet was a HUGE success. Thanks to all the players and their family members who helped set up, decorate, clean up and enjoyed the great food. It is truly a feat to be able to have the largest athletic program at Columbia, Columbia Football all in the same room with their coaches and families, and to feed everyone, recognize all the players from 4 teams and be finished in 2 hours!
